UBA Families,

We hope the summer treated you well and that your athletes had a successful summer. We are excited to inform you that all UBA team members will have a 12-week Loyalty Training session built into your membership starting as early as September.

With us being new to UBA, we wanted to provide you with all the information needed to get you started. Our program is run through our Loyalty app, and we do have certain policies for accountability purposes. Our Director of Sports Performance will be running the UBA strength and conditioning programs and we are excited to provide you with a proven product at great value. Below you will find instructions on how to sign up, class schedules, as well as a bio to our Director of Sports Performance. *Your 12-week session will be available until August 2024 *.  It begins when you schedule your first training and then you choose the sessions twice a week for twelve weeks. You may start in September, October, November, December, etc.  Whenever works best for you but it will expire August of next year.

1) Download VAGARO app (free)
2) After login, search "Ultimate Baseball Academy-Loyalty Training". Bookmark the page for future logins.

3) Go to the tab labeled "classes". This is where you sign up for classes based on your age (classes are labeled by age).

Scheduling Policies:
-Memberships are monitored by time duration, not number of workouts. Your 12 week “membership clock” begins after the first class you attend. From there, you have 12 weeks to complete two workouts per week”.  We do this for accountability. We cannot provide the results we advertise if you are not consistent with our program on a week-to-week basis.

-All classes must be signed up for through the app prior to 24 hours of that class starting. This is a very complex program that requires time to prepare programs. Please respect the instructors and make sure to sign up.

-We do have scheduling penalties. If you do not communicate and show up without signing up or don’t show up for a class you are signed up for, there is a $10 penalty.
