*Does Loyalty only train baseball and softball athletes?

-No. While we do offer baseball/softball instruction as well as facility rentals for hitting & pitching, we train athletes of all different sports and have specific programs for their sport.

*At what age should my athlete start training?

-We recommend athletes start a strength and conditioning program at the age of 9. We offer programs for ages 9-12 as well as 13+

*What’s the best way to schedule training classes while on a membership?

- All of our scheduling is done through a free scheduling app called VAGARO. All other communication can be done through Loyalty employees. Please do not rely on texting instructors for scheduling classes.

*What kind of programs do you offer to athletes?

-We offer various beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs depending on the assessment of the athletes as well as their ability to perform with proper form and technique.

*How do memberships work?

-Memberships are monitored by time duration, not number of workouts. Your membership clock begins after the first workout you attend after pre-testing. Memberships can be extended or paused in the event of an injury or illness. Memberships will not be paused for anything other than injury or illness and must be honored after being purchased.

*Am I allowed to pause my membership if my athlete can’t attend class?

-All memberships must be honored and begin after attending the first training class. Your athlete’s program is built based on the type of membership you purchase. Please review your schedule before you purchase your membership to best take advantage of our program.
